My Love for You – Silkscreen Print

My Love for You is a layered silkscreen piece that blends technical precision with emotional expression. Created a few months into a meaningful relationship, this artwork served as a heartfelt tribute to the joy, intensity, and creativity that defined that time in my life.

The print was built using a meticulously hand-cut paper stencil and features three distinct layers of ink: a bold red base symbolizing passion, a soft pink middle layer for warmth and affection, and a rich purple top layer representing depth and imagination. Each color was chosen with intention, capturing different facets of how love was unfolding for me.

The silkscreen process itself became part of the emotional journey—each pass of ink through the stencil reinforcing the care and thought behind the design. More than just a visual composition, My Love for You is a personal reflection on connection, vulnerability, and the beauty of new beginnings.
